According to Lithuanian law, starting January 1, 2025, you’ll need to confirm your identity before using LABAS services. You can do it yourself once you're 14. If you're younger, your parents or legal guardians can register the number for you. You can register online at register.labas.lt on the LABAS app, or at any BITĖ outlet. You have to register your new SIM card within 90 days of putting it in a device, or by the expiration date on the package – whichever comes first. If you don’t, the SIM won’t activate and you won’t get your money back.
The number of LABAS SIM cards registered under a LABAS user’s name cannot exceed 50.

- When you activate your package, we’ll automatically give you 25GB + 300 MIN + 300 SMS for 30 days.
- The package includes 5G while it’s active.
- The activated package is not valid in the countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area (EU/EEA). If you want to use mobile communication services in EU/EEA countries, select the most suitable option for you here (labas.lt). After choosing one of the plans valid in EU/EEA countries, we will deactivate the activated service package.
- After 30 days, the plan will automatically renew for €5/30 days, no more than 12 times. If there’s not enough money in your LABAS account, standard rates will apply.
- All services are valid if used in Lithuania.
