1. Definitions
1.1. BITĖ – UAB "BITĖ Lietuva".
1.2. LABAS services – prepaid electronic communication services provided by BITĖ. 1.3. "Mano LABAS" – LABAS self-service website mano.labas.lt and/or the "Mano LABAS" mobile application.
1.4. User – a person using LABAS services and/or "Mano LABAS".
1.5. Email – an email address chosen by the User, which the User uses for registration and login to the "Mano LABAS" account.
1.6. Phone number – the phone number used by the User to receive LABAS services and/or to register and log in to the "Mano LABAS" account.
1.7. Password – a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols chosen by the User for logging in to the "Mano LABAS" account.
1.8. "Mano LABAS" account – a personal account created by the User on the self-service website and application "Mano LABAS".
1.9. The purpose of these rules is to inform the User about the "Mano LABAS" account registration process and usage conditions. These rules are mandatory for all "Mano LABAS" Users.
1.10. Push notifications – a functionality of the "Mano LABAS" mobile application that allows receiving informational and/or promotional notifications directly to the device.
2. Registration to "Mano LABAS"
2.1. Registration on "Mano LABAS" is done using Email. The User must specify an Email and Password. BITĖ sends an activation link to the User's Email, which must be confirmed. With the same Email address, it is possible to register on "Mano LABAS" only once.
2.2. Users previously registered on "Mano LABAS" using a Phone number must re-register using Email. Without re-registering with Email, "Mano LABAS" will not be accessible to the User.
2.3. During registration, the User must familiarize themselves with these rules. By agreeing to these rules, the User confirms that they have familiarized themselves with them.
3. General provisions
3.1. The "Mano LABAS" User has access to:
- information on LABAS service top-ups;
- information on selected LABAS service plans, available Phone numbers;
- detailed reports on received LABAS services (ordered plans and other services, account top-ups, local calls, roaming calls, international calls, SMS in Lithuania, roaming SMS, international SMS, internet in Lithuania, roaming internet, and other services);
- information on current offers;
- other information provided by BITĖ to the User.
3.2. In the "Mano LABAS" account, the User has the ability to pay for, manage LABAS services, and perform other actions.
3.3. "Mano LABAS" allows the User to verify their identity. Once verified, it is considered that all Phone numbers assigned to the User's "Mano LABAS" account belong to the User.
3.4. "Mano LABAS" is accessible to Users 24 hours a day, except in cases of technical problems due to reasons beyond LABAS's control, or during system improvements.
4. User rights and obligations
4.1. The User has the right to change the email address used in their "Mano LABAS" profile.
4.2. The User can grant limited access rights to their Phone number and related LABAS services to another "Mano LABAS" account holder. Such access rights can be granted to no more than one "Mano LABAS" account.
4.3. The User must ensure that the login data to their personal "Mano LABAS" account are not accessible to third parties without permission. The User assumes full responsibility for actions taken in the "Mano LABAS" profile, recognizing them as mandatory if changes were made using the User's login data to "Mano LABAS". BITĖ is not responsible for the consequences and losses if the User has transferred access rights to their "Mano LABAS" profile to third parties.
4.4. The User must immediately, but no later than within 24 hours, notify BITĖ of any unauthorized third-party access to the User's "Mano LABAS" account or login data, by calling 1501 or +370 699 23 230, or by visiting any BITĖ store.
4.5. The User has the right to delete their "Mano LABAS" account. This can be done through account settings by logging into "Mano LABAS". Deleting the "Mano LABAS" account does not cancel LABAS services ordered through "Mano LABAS".
5. BITĖ's rights and obligations
5.1. BITĖ grants the User the right to use "Mano LABAS" self-service around the clock, except in cases mentioned in clause 3.4.
5.2. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with LABAS's privacy policy (for more details, see clause 6 of these rules).
5.3. BITĖ has the right to unilaterally change these rules without prior notice, by publishing the updated rules on the website www.labas.lt. Changes take effect for Users from the date of publication.
5.4. BITĖ has the right to delete the User's self-service profile if the User violates these rules or does not use the "Mano LABAS" profile (has no active Phone numbers) for more than 30 days.
5.5. BITĖ has the right to unilaterally change the scope of functions provided to "Mano LABAS" Users without prior notice.
5.6. BITĖ has the right to discontinue "Mano LABAS" operation.
6. Personal data processing
6.1. The personal data controller is UAB "BITĖ Lietuva", company code 110688998, office address Žemaitės g. 15, LT-03504 Vilnius, phone number 1501.
6.2. BITĖ may send Push notifications to the User in the "Mano LABAS" mobile application if the User has chosen to receive these notifications during registration in the "Mano LABAS" mobile application or at any time later in the application settings. By choosing to receive these notifications, the User agrees that BITĖ, as the data controller, will contact the User through Push notifications in the "Mano LABAS" mobile application, providing informational notifications, as well as promotional offers for their services and/or goods or inquiring about the User's opinion on the provided services. Based on this consent and under the conditions, BITĖ will process the User's personal data (phone number, email address) for direct marketing purposes. This consent to receive Push notifications is valid for the entire period until the User withdraws their consent by changing the settings in the application or by visiting a BITĖ store.
6.3. The conditions for personal data processing conducted by BITĖ are specified in LABAS's privacy policy. The policy provides information on how BITĖ collects, processes, stores, shares, destroys, and protects personal data, thus ensuring that the User's personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
